Learn how to create albums, share client links, handle payment approval, and deliver photos via smart links + SMS.

Getting started

1) Create your account

Register, then sign in to access your dashboard.

2) Set payment details (M-Pesa)

When creating or editing an album you can set:

  • • Payment Mode: Send Money (Phone) / Buy Goods (Till) / Paybill
  • • Receiver number (phone/till/paybill)
  • • Paybill account number (only for Paybill)
  • • Optional pay name (shows to clients)

3) Create an album

Upload photos, set a price, then create the album. After creation you can generate a share link.

Client workflow

Preview mode (before approval)

Clients open the shared link and see previews. Full images stay locked until you approve payment.

Payment verification request

After paying, the client submits the phone number used, WhatsApp number, and the M-Pesa message/code. This creates a payment request in your Requests list.

Approve / Reject

Open the Requests page, review the payment message, then approve the request. Once approved, the client automatically gets access to full images on that link/device.

Send delivery SMS (optional)

If you have SMS credits, you can send an SMS containing a short smart link to the client. Smart links are trackable and redirect to the album link.

Expiry dates

You can set an expiry date for a request. After expiry, the client link stops working.

Pricing & SMS credits

Plans

Plans control upload limits and features. You can view full plan details on the Pricing page.

Upload limits

Each photo upload counts toward your plan’s upload quota.

SMS credits

Sending an SMS to a client consumes SMS points (credits). If you have 0 credits, the system blocks sending.

  • • 1 SMS = 1 credit
  • • Credits are deducted only when sending succeeds
  • • You can top up on the Pricing/Plan page

FAQ

What does the client see before paying?
Preview images only (blur/low). Full images unlock after approval.
Can I use WhatsApp instead of SMS?
Yes. You can manually send the client link on WhatsApp. SMS is optional.
Why does the link show “expired”?
You set an expiry date, or the request expired. Create a new request or extend the expiry.
